Natural Intelligence: Look at Your Face
Last year I considered getting an expensive test to learn more about my own personal aging process. The company had a package: get a baseline and then test again months later and then again months after that.
My idea was to make significant changes and learn how to really move the needle on my health. DATA!
Now a new research study has come out with the news that AI face recognition matches aging just as well as those expensive tests.
Haven't tried it yet.
I do look at my face every morning. And now I am taking a photo every morning. DATA!
This would all be silly unless I engaged in some reflection. What gave me this face. That's some really high level health detection work. Beth, look back one day, then two days, then one week, then one month.
Set up an experiment with variables, test it out.
This is what an Olympic athlete would do.
Artificial intelligence might be able to give you a biological age readout in contrast to your calendar age. Do you look older or younger than other woman at 62.
It's the wonderful natural intelligence that answers the question why, what next. More importantly, the why of the purpose in life. Why do you want to move the needle. Why do you want to live.
My answer is vitality. It sucks to feel old at any age.
My face is my best friend. My face will give me that answers to the puzzle of vitality. Look. Learn.
